Five Question Friday!

1.       What were you scared of as a kid?
I think I was scared of everything as a kid! Ha! Seriously though, I was severely shy as a kid. I did not get up on stage for any event at church, I would not go outside if there was a "big" dog, I would barely talk to anyone that I didn't know really well. I have grown out of my shyness for the most part, but sometimes it is still a big struggle for me, believe it or not.
2. Do you sleep well in a hotel?
I do! My husband has spoiled me with nice hotels, though(because he gets them free at the casino or priceline, of course!) so it is a lot easier to sleep well when you are in a bed that is bigger and more comfy than your own :)

3. If you could meet any celebrity, dead or alive, who and why?
Honestly, if you know me then you know I could not put a name with more than 5 celebrity faces. I just did not grow up in a household that watched a bunch of movies or TV so it was never something I was interested in. I honestly didn't think that much about it until my brother-in-law came around, and now him and Pete think it is hilarious that my sister and I wouldn't know who Brad Pitt is in a line up! Ha ha! But, reading other people's answer to this question, I think the Pioneer Woman is a pretty good answer. I would absolutely love hanging out with her and talking to her about her ranch life!

4. It's a hot summer day. Do you prefer to be pool side or at the beach?
Pool, hands down! My grandparents had a pool in their neighborhood when we were kids and then we moved into a house that had a pool when I was in 9th grade. I love that I have always had access to a pool my whole life. I really enjoy the water, without sand. :)
5. What is your favorite summer dish?
This is tough! I really love all of the fresh fruits and veggies! I love being able to go to the farmers market and shop for the majority of our food. I enjoy the atmosphere, but I also feel more excited to cook and bake when I have fresh produce!

xoxo,

Erin
