August Goals

Hello August

August Goals:

1. Workout at least 3 times per week (even if it is a walk to the park)

2. Clean out my closet and get rid of things I do not wear

3. Start and finish at least ONE book #realisticgoalshere

4. Get up before the girl's one day per week and enjoy the silence :) 

I wanted to start with really realistic goals! I am going to be honest, and I have a terrible time finishing goals that I set for myself. I think part of that is because I set the bar way too high from the start, so I decided not to do that this time (like read 5 books this month, instead of 1). Well we see how I do when we revisit these in a month!
